Dale A. Scadron, Th.D., D.D. Biography

Dale A Scadron

Dr. Scadron, a distinguished author and graduate of Angelus Bible Institute, has a remarkable academic background, which includes a Doctorate in Theology and Doctor of Divinity degrees from Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary, a Doctorate in Literature (honoris causa) from Omega Bible Institute and Seminary, and completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education. As an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel and an institutional chaplain, Dr. Scadron is highly regarded in his field. His exceptional contributions to the community have been recognized with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, signed by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. in November 2022.

Dr. Scadron's experience as a chaplain extends more than thirty years. He is the founder and president of Chaplains International, Inc., and has made significant contributions to the field. Additionally, Dr. Scadron is the founder and chancellor of Chaplains College School of Graduate Studies and the Chaplaincy Training Institute. He was pivotal in creating the law enforcement chaplains' program and was a full-time senior chaplain at the Kern County Sheriff's Detentions Bureau. Dr. Scadron's extensive experience and expertise in chaplaincy make him a leading figure in the field. Dr. Scadron has an extensive background in chaplaincy. He has rendered his services for five years as a divisional chaplain with the Los Angeles Police Department and eight years as a chaplain for the Glendale Police Department in Glendale, California. Furthermore, he has served as a chaplain and Volunteer Coordinator at the Taft Federal Correctional Institution in Taft, California. Dr. Scadron is a senior chaplain at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in McFarland, California.
